Keyboardist Hawrysch leaves Black Crowes

NEW YORK, Aug. 30 (UPI) -- U.S. rockers The Black Crowes have split with longtime keyboardist Eddie Hawrysch over "personal issues," the band has announced.

The band said the departure of Hawrysch this week will not delay its tour, which kicks off Sept. 7 in Richmond, Va., Billboard.com reported.

The band has hired Rob Clores to take over the keyboards that were manned by Hawrysch for 15 years. Clores has worked with John Popper of Blues Traveler and Jesse Malin of D Generation, among others, Billboard said.

Meanwhile, the band also announced the release of its double-disc set, "The Lost Crowes," had to be delayed until Sept. 26 because of a manufacturing error.

The set was originally supposed to hit stores Tuesday.
