Larry Flynt sued for sexual harassment

LOS ANGELES, June 7 (UPI) -- Hustler magazine founder Larry Flynt was slapped with a sexual harassment suit Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Cheryl Oldham's suit alleges Flynt distracted her work with the sounds of his having relations with prostitutes in the office, TMZ.com reported. She said part of her job was to keep his wife busy until the prostitutes were gone.

She said she was helping another employee with a similar suit, when Flynt asked her to deny the claim and testify in court that she never heard sexual noises coming from his office.

After she refused to perjure herself and instead signed a declaration supporting the other woman's claim, Oldham charges Flynt asked her why she would take such action, since she was "overweight, unattractive, over 50 and probably unable to find another job."

Flynt's attorneys told TMZ.com their client had not yet seen the suit but they would "vigorously defend" him against the charges.
