NASHVILLE, March 31 (UPI) -- Country music legend George Jones was "resting comfortably" Friday after being taken to a Nashville hospital for treatment of pneumonia.
Jones, 74, is expected to make a full recovery, his label, Bandit Records, said in a news release.

He was admitted to Baptist Hospital Thursday because "doctors wanted to take all necessary precautions," the release said.
Concerts scheduled for Albany, Ga.; Panama City, Fla.; and Chattanooga, Tenn., would be rescheduled.
