McCormack, Tierney, Drescher in 'Girl(s)'

NEW YORK, March 21 (UPI) -- "Will & Grace" star Eric McCormack, "The Nanny" Fran Drescher and "ER" star Mauria Tierney star in Neil Labute's New York debut of "Some Girl(s)."

McCormack is a soon-to-be engaged man, while Drescher, Tierney, Brooke Smith and Judy Reyes play his former girlfriends in the U.S. premiere of the play, which opens June 8 at the Off-Broadway Lucille Lortel Theatre, Playbill reported Tuesday.

The play follow's McCormack's character as he revisits his old relationships before settling down.

Former "Friends" star David Schwimmer originated the McCormack role in the hit London production last year.

Schwimmer hits Broadway next month in the revival of Herman Wouk's "The Caine Mutiny Court-Martial."
