Iger, 45, is married to broadcast journalist Willow Bay.
The 2-acre estate has ocean and canyon views, the Los Angeles Times reported.
Pfeiffer and Kelley first put it on the market in 2004 when they moved to a ranch north of Los Angeles, the newspaper said.
The Igers' new digs include a 7,500-square-foot, traditional-style main house built in 1946, then restored and remodeled by Kelly and Pfeiffer in 2001. It has five bedrooms, five fireplaces, nine bathrooms, a guest house, a separate office/gym, stables, a tennis court and a pool.
Pfeiffer and Kelley bought the property for $15.5 million in 2000 and originally sought $29 million.
