NEW YORK, Jan. 6 (UPI) -- Actress Scarlett Johansson has signed on as the new face of L'Oreal Paris, it was announced Friday.
The first TV ads featuring the New York native will be shown during the NBC's telecast of the 63rd annual Golden Globes Jan. 16, L'Oreal said in a news release.

Johansson will be awaiting the outcome of her fourth Golden Globe nomination, this time for her supporting role in Woody's Allen "Match Point."
Her first L'Oreal Paris campaign will be for the cosmetic company's new HIP High Intensity Pigments line.
The term and financial details of the contract were not disclosed.
