Matt Damon marries in New York

NEW YORK, Dec. 9 (UPI) -- Actor Matt Damon married his presumed pregnant girlfriend, Luciana Barroso, at New York City Hall Friday.

The only witness to the ceremony conducted by a justice of the peace was Barroso's daughter, Alexia, 6, TMZ.com reported.

Reports surfaced earlier this week that Barroso was three months pregnant with Damon's child.

Damon has been in New York filming "The Good Shepherd" with Angelina Jolie.

The newlyweds have homes in New York and Miami.
