Inspirational Music Awards announced

NASHVILLE, Nov. 10 (UPI) -- Tim McGraw's "Live Like You Were Dying" was named top song at the 11th Annual Inspirational Country Music Award Show in Nashville Thursday night.

Singer Linda Davis and the 700 Club's Lisa Ryan led the festivities, televised live from the historic Ryman Auditorium by the Great American Country, GMC, cable network.

The ICM entertainer of the year award went to Dennis Agajanian, and Rory Hoffman was crowned musician of the year. Randy Gunn and Melanie Walker were named ICM's male and female vocalists of the year.

Other honorees included Branded, the Fox Brothers and Last Light Band.

Craig Morgan was named the top mainstream artist and also won the video of the year award for "That's What I Love About Sunday."

The best new artist of the year was Chunky Nelms, Dennis Swanberg took the trophy for best comedy act and the ICM youth in music award went to Corey Brooks.
