WASHINGTON, Nov. 3 (UPI) -- Britain's Duchess of Cornwall, Camilla Parker Bowles, says she's "over the moon" with news that her daughter is getting married.
Laura Parker Bowles announced her engagement to former Calvin Klein model Harry Lopes Wednesday as her mom and stepfather, Prince Charles, were in Washington to have lunch with President and first lady George and Laura Bush, People magazine reported Thursday.

Lopes -- an accountant in London and heir to a 3,000-acre Scottish estate -- retired from modeling after graduating from the University of Edinburgh, People said.
The bride-to-be manages a London art gallery.
