Young Jeezy sued for child support

MACON, Ga., Oct. 26 (UPI) -- Rap star Jay "Young Jeezy" Jenkins has been ordered by a judge in Macon, Ga., to turn over his financial records in a child support dispute.

The Atlanta-based rapper currently pays $178 a month to his former girlfriend Tynesha Nicole Dykes of Hawkinsville, Ga., to support their 9-year-old son, the Macon Telegraph reports.

But in light of the rapper's recent success -- two hit albums during the summer -- Dykes wants the amount Jenkins pays monthly increased to $20,000.

Lawyers for the rapper claim the hits did not produce a cash windfall and he still lives on a minimal income and drives an economy rental car.

Dykes' legal team, however, claims he is hiding income and point to photos of the rapper wearing diamond encrusted "bling."

Jenkins was ordered to turn over all his financial records by Friday with a hearing set to determine the amount of support to be paid set for Nov. 29.
