Madonna is one tough parent

LONDON, Oct. 17 (UPI) -- Madonna apparently does not what her children to repeat her wild ways.

The Michigan native turned British resident says she does not let Lourdes, 9, or Rocco, 5, watch TV, read magazines or eat ice cream, Newsweek reported Monday

"When Daddy gets home, they get chocolate," Madonna says. "I'm the disciplinarian."

Although short of being a "Mommy Dearest," Madonna says her rules are strict and she is unbendable. For example, if Lourdes leaves her laundry on the floor -- she loses them for an indefinite period of time.

"We take all of her clothes and put them in a bag, and she has to earn all of her clothes back by being tidy," Madonna says. "She wears the same outfit every day to school until she learns her lesson."
