Lil Jon sues Hustler over porn flick

ATLANTA, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Crunk rapper Lil Jon has filed a $30 million lawsuit in Atlanta federal court claiming Larry Flynt Productions used tape of him in a porno film.

The movie in question is "Phat Tuesday," about five women who go to New Orleans for Mardi Gras, have lots of sex with men and each other and attend a concert by Lil Jon and the East Side Boys, MTV.com reported.

The lawsuit filed Monday says Larry Flynt Productions, which owns Hustler magazine, obtained the concert and backstage footage from another company that shot it, MTV said.

Neither Lil Jon nor his record label, TVT Records, gave permission for the footage to be used or knew about it until the DVD was released, the suit said.

In addition, the front of the DVD has a photo of the rapper with the words: "Featureing Lil Jon, King of Crunk."

The suit claims, among other things, breach of contract, false advertising, infringement of right to publicity and appropriation of name and likeness.
