NEW YORK, Sept. 9 (UPI) -- A memorial service for ABC News anchor Peter Jennings has been set for Sept. 20 at New York's Carnegie Hall.
Jennings died Aug. 7 of lung cancer.

ABC News announced Thursday a limited number of tickets will be available to the public at 8 a.m. on the day of the memorial at the Carnegie Hall box office. Admission is free and only two tickets per person will be handed out.
No TV or radio crews will be allowed to tape the memorial, but ABC News said excerpts will be fed to various news organizations once the 11 a.m. service ends, TV Week reported.
The names of those expected to speak at the memorial were not revealed.
