LOS ANGELES, July 12 (UPI) -- "The O.C." star Mischa Barton has split with her boyfriend of more than a year, Brandon Davis, People magazine reported Tuesday.
Barton's publicist told People the two remain "close friends."

Barton, 23, began dating the grandson of billionaire Marvin Davis after the two met during a charity event in February 2004.
Barton recently finished filming "Decameron: Angels & Virgins" with Hayden Christensen in Italy and is now back on the set of "The O.C."
