LOS ANGELES, June 10 (UPI) -- A settlement for an undisclosed amount ended a U.S. lawsuit by photographers accusing Justin Timberlake and his girlfriend Cameron Diaz of harassment.
Photographers Saul Lazo and Jose Gonzalez alleged that the Hollywood couple taunted and threatened them before Diaz assaulted Lazo and took his camera.
The incident, which occurred outside a swanky Los Angeles hotel, was caught on camera by another photographer, who then sold his pictures to Us Weekly.
Diaz later gave police Lazo's camera, saying she only took it so she could find out who the photographer was, the World Entertainment News Network reported Friday.
Diaz and Timberlake claimed the photographer has jumped out of bushes to stir up an angry reaction.
