OKLAHOMA CITY, June 8 (UPI) -- Actor Macaulay Culkin pleaded guilty in Oklahoma City Wednesday to two counts of drug possession.
Oklahoma County Judge Russell Hall gave Culkin, 24, a year deferred sentence on each charge and ordered him to pay $540 in court fees, KOCO-TV, Oklahoma City reported.
The conviction will be expunged from Culkin's record if he stays out of trouble for a year.
Culkin was arrested Sept. 17 after Oklahoma City police pulled over a car he was riding in on Interstate 44 and found marijuana and the prescription drug Xanax.
His friend, Brett Tabisel, 22, of New York, was charged with speeding and paid a fine.
