'Blind Date,' George Michael back in 2006

LOS ANGELES, June 7 (UPI) -- The syndicated relationship reality show "Blind Date" has been renewed for a seventh season by NBC Universal Domestic Television Distribution.

The half-hour show has been sold in more than 92 percent of the United States for the 2005-06 season, The Hollywood Reporter said Tuesday.

The distribution company also announced the renewals of three weekend shows -- "The Wall Street Journal Report With Maria Bartiromo," "The Chris Matthews Show" and "The George Michael Sports Machine."

It will mark the second season for "Report," the fourth for Matthews and the 22nd season for the venerable George Michael sports show.
