Sandra Oh files to divorce husband Payne

LOS ANGELES, April 18 (UPI) -- Actress Sandra Oh has filed papers in Los Angeles to divorce her director husband, Alexander Payne, citing irreconcilable differences, E! Online reported.

The "Sideways" star and her husband announced they separated in March, and Oh filed divorce papers in Los Angeles Superior Court last Thursday, E! Online reported Monday. She is seeking unspecified spousal support and has asked the court to block Payne from requesting anything from her.

Payne and Oh married in January 2003 after dating for three years. They have no children.
