Art Garfunkel charged in speeding.

, April 18 (UPI) -- Court records show that Art Garfunkel was ticketed in Wisconsin for speeding 11 to 15 mph over the posted limit, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol.

The singer was ticketed March 12 and had a court date Monday in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court, reported the Fon du Lac (Wis.) Reporter.

However, he wasn't expected to appear in a county courtroom since the vast majority of out-of-state citizens forfeit the bond they've posted for the traffic offense.

Garfunkel paid a bond for the speeding offense of $181.
