Among the acts expected to participate are Widespread Panic, the Allman Brothers Band, Gov't Mule, Particle and Sound Tribe Sector 9.
Representing bluegrass will be Alison Krauss and Union Station, Earl Scruggs & Friends and the Yonder Mountain String Band. And progressive banjo artist Bela Fleck will be on hand with a new project, the Bela Fleck Acoustic Trio.
On the rock side will be Rilo Kiley, Secret Machines, the Mars Volta and My Morning Jacket. The festival also will feature Latin groove band Ozomatli and the sexy Brooklyn-based Brazilian Girls.
