LOS ANGELES, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- The divorce between actress Halle Berry and musician Eric Benet has been finalized, and she gets to keep her big Malibu, Calif., beachfront house.
Benet reportedly did not challenge their pre-nuptial agreement and got nothing in the divorce, "Celebrity Justice" reported.

The $8 million residence stays with Berry, who is rumored to be ready for her new man, actor Michael Early, to move in with her, the syndicated TV news show reported.
Early had roles in "Too Fast Too Furious" and "Barbershop" and co-starred with Berry in the just-completed TV drama, "Their Eyes Were Watching God."
Berry is filming "The Guide," in which her character's psychic abilities enable her to make people disappear.
