NEW YORK, Dec. 21 (UPI) -- An ex-model wants actor Javier Bardem to pay her medical bills for breaking her nose while dancing wildly at a New York party for new film "The Sea Inside."
The accident happened Dec. 9 at the Gypsy Tea nightclub, where one onlooker told The New York Post Bardem was "crazy-dancing" and acting "like he thought he was Justin Timberlake onstage."
When Bardem hit Jill Marshall in the nose, he "dashed" for an ice pack and helped the former model. She found out later her nose was broken and needed surgery. Marshall said Bardem refused to leave his name at the time of the accident and she wants him to pay her medical expenses.
"When you injure someone, you have to take responsibility. I am in a lot of pain, and I haven't left the house for a week," Marshall told the Post.
