LOS ANGELES, Sept. 3 (UPI) -- A Los Angeles judge revoked Tom Sizemore's probation after the "Black Hawk Down" actor allegedly walked out of a drug test, E! Online reported.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Antonio Barreto Jr. reversed Sizemore's probation status Thursday after the actor failed to provide a sample during a random drug test.
Sizemore's version is that he left the testing because he was suspicious when an officer he had never seen before wanted to search the stripped down actor.
"There was nothing to search. He was, for all practical purposes, naked. So he was concerned that there may have been some effort to tamper with the test," said Michael Rovell, Sizemore's new attorney.
As part of Sizemore's three year probation deal for his August 2003 conviction for domestic violence and other charges against ex-girlfriend Heidi Fleiss, he agreed to random drug testing and searches.
The judge scheduled a Nov. 8 hearing to decide what to do about Sizemore's latest legal trouble.
