DETROIT, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Shock rocker Marilyn Manson has reached a settlement with the Detroit security guard he allegedly sexually assaulted, E! Online reports.

Terms of the settlement remain confidential.

Keasler had accused Manson of molesting him and causing him emotional distress during a July 2001 performance.

His civil lawsuit wasn't the only consequence of Manson's alleged lewd behavior.

Prosecutors originally charged the rocker, whose real name is Brian Warner, with sexual conduct and assault and battery. A judge threw out the sex charge and Manson pleaded no contest to the remainder of the criminal charges, paying $4,000 in fines.
