MARATHON, Fla., Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Jane Carter, mom to pop stars Aaron and Nick Carter, has failed to appear in a Florida court on charges she attacked her estranged husband's girlfriend.
Carter was a no show for her arraignment hearing in a Monroe County court on battery charges, forfeiting her $5,000 bail, E! Online reported Friday.
The Carter mom is charged with entering the home of Robert Carter and pulling his girlfriend, Ginger Elrod, out of bed by her hair and hitting her with a remote control.
