Jackson's children not his, wife claims

LOS ANGELES, Jan. 26 (UPI) -- Pop legend Michael Jackson is not the father of his two children, his ex-wife has claimed.

Debbie Rowe, 41, who allegedly was artificially inseminated with anonymously donated sperm, has included the allegation in a legal dossier to be filed soon in California in her attempt to win custody of Prince Michael Junior, 6, and daughter Paris, 5. Sky News reports she maintains Jackson is an unfit father.

Rowe apparently entered into a surrogacy agreement with the singer in 1996, around nine months before the couple married, that stipulated she should not have sex for six months before she was inseminated.

Rowe was given a $10 million payoff, a $2.8 million Beverly Hills home, a car, furs, clothes and jewels as part of the agreement. She also still receives around $60,000 a month. The couple divorced in 1999.

Jackson is facing allegations of sexual abuse, which he has denied.
