LOS ANGELES, Jan. 13 (UPI) -- OutKast, Justin Timberlake, Christina Aguilera and The White Stripes are among the performers scheduled to play at the Grammys in Los Angeles on Feb. 8.
The members of the No. 1 hip-hop duo OutKast will participate in a segment dedicated to funk that will also include George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic, Earth, Wind & Fire and Robert Randolph & the Family Band, Billboard reported Tuesday.
Beyoncé, Jay-Z, OutKast and the Neptunes' Pharrell Williams are tied for the lead with six nominations apiece for the prestigious awards.
A 21-track disc of Grammy-nominated music compiled by the Recording Academy and BMG Strategic Marketing Group will be released Jan. 20.
The 46th Annual Grammy Awards will be broadcast live Feb. 8 on CBS from the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
