LOS ANGELES, Dec. 7 (UPI) -- Want to own a genuine Katie Couric? A little bit of Tom Hanks? Need some Faith Hill on your Christmas tree?
More than 30 celebrities have joined together to decorate holiday ornaments to benefit the Starlight Children's Foundation. The fundraiser, the second annual Embassy Suites' Starry Nights auction, began Dec. 1 on eBay and runs through 5 p.m. PST Dec. 11.
"For the second year in a row, we've had a wonderful time with this project," said Starlight Children's Foundation director of marketing and promotions Jenny Isaacson in a statement.
Among the Christmas doodads up for auction are a "Blue Lagoon"-inspired star from Brooke Shields, an animal-printed ribbon star from Daisy Fuentes and a colorfully metallic star from Jane Kaczmarek.
The auction can be found at the Web site ebay.com/starlight.
The Starlight Children's Foundation is "an international non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families," according to their Web site, starlight.org.
