CRB announces 'new faces'

NASHVILLE, Dec. 2 (UPI) -- The names of country music's potential future stars have been announced and the lucky few will have a chance to make their mark at country radio.

Capitol Nashville's Dierks Bentley ("What Was I Thinkin'?"), Universal Records' Pat Green ("Wave on Wave"), Sony Nashville's Buddy Jewell ("Help Pour Out The Rain"), Broken Bow Records' Craig Morgan ("Almost Home"), and Dreamworks' Jimmy Wayne ("Stay Gone") make up the Class of 2004 for the "New Faces Show," a select performance opportunity for emerging country talent at the Country Radio Broadcasters' annual convention.

The selected artists will showcase their talents during brief performances in front of thousands of country radio broadcasters at what is the industry's largest convention of the year,

The Country Radio Seminar will be held March 3-5 at the Nashville Convention Center.
