LONDON, Nov. 17 (UPI) -- Sixty-eight-year-old opera giant Luciano Pavarotti wants to marry again and have more children, the London Mirror reported.

The baby, Alice, was born after an emergency Caesarean section. Her twin brother died in the womb.

The opera star, who is also a grandfather, has three three grown daughters -- Lorenza, 40; Cristina, 38, and Giuliana, 35, with his ex-wife Adua.

"We lost Alice's twin brother and if I knew another pregnancy would go smoothly I would say I want another baby immediately," he said.

Pavarotti said he would retire at age 70.
