NASHVILLE, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Country western singer George Strait is making plans for a 21-city tour from January through March that will take Strait across 16 states.
Tickets go on sale Oct. 4 for Strait's Jan. 31st concert at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Ticket prices are $50, $75 and $90.

For 2004, Strait will play to large arenas with a center stage.
His opening acts for the tour will be recording artists Dierks Bentley and Kellie Coffey.
Strait has sold 57 million records and had a record 50 No. 1 hits/ His tours usually sell out.
