Damco is expected to use the SPC GlobalTrak, a quick-mount asset monitoring unit technology, to track and monitor shipments of U.S. military goods as the cargo is shipped to Turkey and then to its final destinations in the Iraqi area of operations.

"GlobalTrak is committed to delivering advanced technology solutions to global logistics providers, like Damco, to provide the granular supply chain visibility necessary to effectively manage and respond to security breaches and in transit disruptions of their customer's cargo," Richard Meyers, SPC GlobalTrak chief executive officer, said in a statement.
