ARLINGTON, Va., July 8 (UPI) -- The U.S. Army has contracted CACI International Inc. to continue providing a classified intelligence database with management and technical support.
U.S. company CACI, which was previously a subcontractor supporting the Army intelligence database, has been elevated to the prime contractor position following a re-compete on the award.
Under the contract, CACI will support the classified Army intelligence database, part of the Facilities, Infrastructure, and Engineering Systems program, with technical support and management oversight services among other requirements.
"We look forward to leading this effort while continuing to deliver cutting-edge technical support," Bill Fairl, CACI president of U.S. operations, said in a statement.
"Our team's constant technical and management innovation, mission dedication, and attention to quality are helping Army Intelligence complete its vital missions."
