Officials say QinetiQ will provide the DC SIAT with engineering and analytic services among other requirements.

"To support DC, SIAT, we have assembled a team with both technically and operationally relevant experience, capable of providing superior engineering support," Nylda Conde, QinetiQ North America vice president, engineering and technical services division, said in a statement.
