ONTARIO, Calif., July 1 (UPI) -- The Egyptian air force has contracted International Aerospace Enterprises Inc. to deliver spare parts for its fleet of aircraft to ensure operational readiness.
California-based IARO, a supplier of discounted military aircraft spare parts for U.S. Allies, announced it has received a contract award from the Egyptian air force.
Under the $750,000 deal, IARO will deliver spare parts for military aircraft as part of the company's international sales initiative, the Targeted Worldwide Sales Program. Company officials say the Egyptian air force contract marks the first award as part of the program.
"(I am) confident that the company's international sales performance and future earnings will better reflect the real value of International Aerospace Enterprises Inc. for both our company and our shareholders," John Peck, IARO chief executive officer, said in a statement.
