Air Force renews InfoWorkSpace deal

NASHUA, N.H., May 15 (UPI) -- The U.S. Air Force has awarded Ezenia Inc. a contract renewal for the company to continue providing its secure communication and conferencing technologies.

New Hampshire-based Ezenia was awarded the contract renewal from the Air Force Materiel Command. Under the deal, Ezenia will continue to provide its InfoWorkSpace technologies for use by the Air Force.


According to a news release, InfoWorkSpace provides Air Force operation centers "with secure communication, conferencing and collaboration capabilities" for improved situational awareness and other mission-critical applications.

"Among the war fighters, the United States Air Force has been one of the most demanding and advanced users that Ezenia has ever had the privilege to serve," Khoa Nguyen, Ezenia chairman and chief executive, said in a statement.

"Ezenia has had a close and rewarding relationship and history with the Air Force. … We're delighted and honored to have the opportunity to serve the Air Force and pledge to always do our best to support their mission."
