The HiPPAG technology is widely deployed to support the LAU-127 and LAU-7 weapons launchers on the F/A-18 Hornet fighter aircraft among other aircraft missile programs. Officials say the Navy has order more than 2,500 HiPPAGs from Precision Air Systems since 2006.

"We are delighted to continue our 12 year track record of success with the on time delivery of reliable, high performance products to the U.S. Navy," Andy Yates, Precision Air Systems managing director, said in a statement.

"This latest order further emphasizes the leadership of Ultra's innovative technology and underlines the importance of using proven products in mission critical applications."
