DynCorp to support Navy equipment

FALLS CHURCH, Va., April 30 (UPI) -- The U.S. Navy has contracted DynCorp International to support Navy Fleet Readiness Centers with equipment maintenance services.

U.S. company and defense programs services provider DynCorp was awarded the task order from the Naval Air Systems Command as part of the field teams contract vehicle.

Under the $30 million deal, DynCorp will provide the Navy Fleet Readiness Centers' naval aviation support equipment with maintenance and repair services.

Officials say the work on the task order will take place at 11 locations in the United States and at two international sites.
