Under the approximately $525,000 deal, Behlman will support the Navy's Zumwalt-class destroyers with new COTS power-supply technologies used with the destroyer's gun control system.

"We are encouraged by Behlman's large installed base of COTS power supplies that are used on programs which have now entered their production phases and should generate continued follow-on business for several years," Mark Tublisky, Behlman Electronics president, said in a statement.

"With every new order, Behlman continues to enhance its reputation as a premier supplier of custom power solutions."
