ATI awards follow-on deal to Xenonics

CARLSBAD, Calif., Feb. 11 (UPI) -- California-based Aardvark Tactical Inc. has contracted Xenonics Holdings Inc. for illumination technologies to support a U.S. military deal.

Xenonics, a developer of compact ultra-high-intensity illumination technologies for the military market, was awarded the follow-on contract from ATI worth approximately $1 million.

Under the deal, Xenonics will deliver its NightHunter illumination devices to ATI, a supplier of force protection and tactical equipment, among other products. ATI selected Xenonics as part of the company's project with the U.S. military to deliver non-lethal force protection technologies.

The contract with Xenonics follows an order from January for $1.3 million for NightHunter devices.
