JOHNSTOWN, Pa., Jan. 7 (UPI) -- The U.S. Navy has contracted Concurrent Technologies Corp. to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Expeditionary Systems Engineering Division.
Pennsylvania-based CTC was selected for the award as part of the Navy's Seaport-Enhanced Contract Vehicle.
Under the deal, worth an estimated $236 million, CTC will provide the Naval Surface Warfare Center's operations in Crane, Ind., with evaluation and maintenance support, among other strategic initiative services.
"I am very proud that CTC received this task order," Edward Sheehan, CTC president and chief executive officer, said in a statement.
"This accomplishment is the result of CTC's technical expertise, our continued high performance in critical technical areas, as well as the hard work and dedication on the part of many employees."
