LONDON, March 31 (UPI) -- Since the U.S.-led war in Iraq began, there has been a backlash against human rights in many countries, Amnesty International said Sunday. It said that there had been attacks on freedom of expression, excessive police force against anti-war demonstrators and restriction of asylum rights.
