UNITED NATIONS, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- James Morris, an Indiana corporate executive and former head of the Lilly Endowment, was named Thursday executive director of the World Food Program, U.N. officials said. Secretary-General Kofi Annan and Director-General of the U.N. Food and Agricultural Organization, Jacques Diouf, jointly announced the appointment.
