SEOUL, Jan. 21 (UPI) -- Displays of state-of-the-art security systems and seminars on security trends in Asia are to be held in March in South Korea's capital.
The venue is the International Security Conference and EXPO 2014, sponsored by security-related organizations, the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Security and Public Administration, the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and the Gyeonggi provincial government.
"This exhibition will showcase the latest in high-tech security products including CCTVs, DVR and network monitoring systems, physical security equipment, and IT security solutions, such as access control systems, monitoring and alarm systems, and biometric systems," organizers said. "Also on display will be state-of-the-art counter-terrorism and homeland security solutions including intelligent traffic systems."
A large number of global security companies -- from the United States, Britain, Israel and China -- will display their products.
The event in Seoul runs March 12-14.
