FAIRFAX, Va., Jan. 18 (UPI) -- ManTech International will continue providing support services to a U.S. organization that develops and prototypes counter-terrorism solutions.
The continued scientific, engineering, technical, and administrative support to the Combating Terrorism Technical Support Office, which is under the authority of the Department of Defense, comes under an award with a potential value of $33.5 million.
In addition to research and development of counter-terrorism solutions, ManTech under the contract will also assist with managing acquisitions and projects to quickly deploy counter-terrorism measures.
The contract – a cost-plus-fixed-fee vehicle -- has a base period of one-year and two one-year options.
CTTSO conducts research, development and prototyping of counter-terror solutions for more than 100 federal, state and local government agencies, as well as international and non-government organizations.
