SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic provides support to a wide variety of U.S. Department of Defense and federal agencies with their mission requirements, as well as acquisition, integration, fielding, and logistics support of command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance systems.

Under this contract, Science Applications International Corp. will provide program management and technical support services, as well as help procure equipment, systems and supplies as required.

SAIC is one of six contractors that will compete for task orders under the contract.

"This is a tremendous win for SAIC," said Jim Thigpen, SAIC senior vice president and business unit general manager. "We look forward to continue supporting SPAWAR with our C2 expertise and experience in program management, technical support and logistics -- ultimately helping our warfighters accomplish their critical missions."
