VIENNA, Va., Nov. 9 (UPI) -- A-T Solutions Inc. of Virginia has been recognized as "Contractor of the Year" by contracting professionals and local government.
The honor -- in the $75 million to $300 million revenue category -- was announced at the Eighth Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards dinner this week.
"This recognition is a great honor," said Dennis Kelly, president and chief executive officer of A-T Solutions. "We are proud to accept this award on behalf of all our employees, who are always dedicated to the mission-critical work they do for our customers around the world.

A-T Solutions Inc. is a leading anti- and counter-terrorism professional services firm. Acquired by CoVant in February 2008, the company provides support in intelligence, global security, training and technology solutions, as well as in logistics and mission support.
The company has achieved a three-year compound annual growth rate of 45 percent, increasing revenue to more than $100 million in 2009.
The award was given by the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce's Greater Washington Government Contractors Council, the Professional Services Council and Washington Technology magazine.
