The company said the agreement is for five years and provides for commercial off-the-shelf geospatial analysis products, such as RemoteView Professional, Feature Analyst, LIDAR Analyst, Mensuration, RemoteView Video Tracking, RemoteView 3D Professional, GeoCatalog and RemoteView Connect.

Results of the CRADA will be shared with the National Systems for Geospatial Intelligence, Overwatch said, and the NGA has the option of demonstrating new products to selected working groups and technology forums.

"This is an exciting opportunity for Overwatch and NGA, with focused attention on increased workflow efficiency and creating new avenues for solving intelligence issues," said Overwatch Vice President of Geospatial Products and Solutions Stuart Blundell. "This is a great example of industry and government working together to provide advanced tools for GEOINT professionals."

Overwatch is an operating unit of Textron Systems.
