Pakistan: U.S. needs legal cover in Iraq

WASHINGTON, May 15 (UPI) -- The United States needs U.N. approval if it wants the international community to support its efforts to restore normalcy in Iraq, Pakistan said. The South Asian nation currently is chairman of the U.N. Security Council, which is expected to debate the second U.S. resolution on Iraq.
