Lebanon agrees to attend Arab summit

BEIRUT, Lebanon, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- Lebanon announced Wednesday that President Emile Lahoud would attend the likely problematic Arab League summit on Iraq this weekend in Egypt. The delayed gathering of 22 Arab nations is expected to encounter divisions between those backing Iraq and those who have granted U.S. access to military facilities.
